Kate has over thirty years experience in professional services including organization design consulting, human resources leadership and law. Kate was head of the human resource function for Coca Cola Canada where she led the organization through a four year period of culture change and business improvement.

She also led the HR start-up for Virgin Mobile and has acted as interim CHRO in high growth businesses to design, develop and implement strategic talent initiatives.

Kate's expertise is in aligning everyone in the organization against overall strategy in order to get the results needed to grow and prosper. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing best in class programs in areas such as:

  • People strategy & planning

  • Capability planning

  • Organization structure & design

  • Change leadership

  • Employee analytics including employee engagement and culture stage

  • Performance improvement

  • Leadership development

  • Succession planning & employee development; and

In Boston University's Business undergraduate program, Kate focused on Organization Behaviour. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and the Rotman School of Business program Advanced Human Resources Management at the University of Toronto. She was selected by Rotman to help develop the School's executive level human resources program. Kate is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and she is one of only 33 people in the world Approved as a Tribal Leader.
