Based on his research and consulting experience, Edwin has published a book named, Done Management Consulting in China.

Edwin is a pioneer in management consulting field in China. He is a Certified Management Consultant, one of the first small group so designated in China. He is also a vice-chairman of Beijing Consulting Institution and Commission of China Management Consulting Association. Edwin has lectured in Strategic Management in several universities such as Beijing University and Tsinghua University. Currently, Edwin is a Ph.D. Student in Management Science.
