Edwin is a pioneer in management consulting field in China. He is a Certified Management Consultant, one of the first small group so designated in China. He is also a vice-chairman of Beijing Consulting Institution and Commission of China Management Consulting Association. Edwin has lectured in Strategic Management in several universities such as Beijing University and Tsinghua University.  Currently, Edwin is a Ph.D. Student in Management Science.

Sunny Sun has 13 years working experience including 8 years research work at university and 5 years of management consulting. Her area of expertise focuses on performance improvement, organizational design and human resource management.. She has worked with over 20 clients including some large sized national enterprises in Electronic, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industry. She applied 6T Consulting Model to assist many clients in improving performance to achieve superior value. She is a fellow of China Certified Management Consultant. Sunny holds an MBA from People’s University of China and MA in Sociology at the University of Reading, UK.
