Roger is involved in innovation and the establishment of new businesses locally and abroad. He consults to medium and large organisations in Southern Africa. He has a specific interest in directorship, strategy, innovation / business development and value based finance and management.

He has served clients in a number of industries including, inter alia, health care, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, engineering, information & telecommunications, academia, plastic & woven products, agriculture, agro-processing, FMCG, food and animal feed, industry organisations and in the non-profit sector.

Roger is also a part-time lecturer at two local business schools. He contributes to both executive and director education in open and customised programmes, to large corporations and to executive MBA students from the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. He also provides volunteer services to TSiBA Education (Tertiary School in Business Administration).

Qualifications & Affiliations: M.B., Ch.B. (UCT); Ph.D. (Med) (US); Graduate Diploma in Company Direction (GIMT). He is an alumnus of the London Business School (Senior Executive Programme - SEP43) and of UCT’s Graduate School of Business (Financial Management and Technology Management). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and a Member of the S.A. Turnaround Management Association.
