He has studied and applied the organizational principles of Requisite Organization in all aspects of his practice, integrating them with fundamental ideas of what makes both individuals and organizations function optimally. He has trained in various psychological and organizational disciplines such as Gestalt Therapy, Bioenergetic Analysis, Organizational Development, Requisite Organization, Enneagram Principles, and Systematics. While applying these primarily in the rural communities of Interior British Columbia, George has been able to test and refine their principles and applications through long term individual and organizational consulting relationships.
