Sean Magennis is the President of Magennis Smith Inc. MSI is a North American organization, with a Mexican focus, that specializes in developing financial services products and programs for the construction and securities industries in Mexico.

He began his business career in management in South Africa with Dow, Farm-Ag Ltd. the country's largest producer of agricultural chemicals. Sean founded Thomas International Canada in 1991 selling it to management in 2003 and he and his team specialized in integrating behavior and assessment technology with corporate strategy and human resource consulting in Canada, the USA and Mexico. He has worked with some of the largest brand name companies in North America, providing strategic Team Development facilitation.

Sean is the Past International President of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, (YEO), and founding Chairman of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) the world’s largest Peer to Peer network of successful entrepreneurs. He has served on the YEO and EO Board for 7 years. Sean is also an active fundraiser for several charitable organizations most notably the Dallas Museum of Art. His degree is in Industrial Psychology and Sociology from Rhodes University and he holds postgraduate diplomas in business management.
