HOW IT WORKS

The New Management Network has evolved through joint successes of members working together, with capabilities in strategic, organizational, human resource, IT, economic and environmental issues that are unparalleled. This unique professional association of independent management consultants integrates a remarkable range of education, experience, dedication and creativity. Contracts involving more than one member are custom designed, creating a legal entity to deliver large projects for clients with unprecedented speed, quality and economy.

New Management Network characteristics:

• Senior experienced consultants and executives who know how to set priorities to meet client needs, and how to get things done.
• Unencumbered by large numbers of junior officers and support staff who must be kept busy, even if their skills are not best suited for the work.
• Low overhead. By working from offices in our homes, we have the capacity to put in the time needed to get the job done effectively, regardless of the hour of the day.
• Each member has their own private practice, but has the flexibility to work together with other members as required on major activities without the complexities, encumbrances and expenses of major firm bureaucracies.
• Individual track records speak for themselves. For large projects involving several members of the Network, one member will take the lead and manage the overall project, in effect managing an alliance of those other members in the Network best able to do the job, each with their own accountabilities.
