3.1 Bonnie and Don Fowke own the name of the Network, which is what identifies the membership;

3.2 Membership is by attraction and invitation. The process for becoming a member is to be recommended by a member and invited by Bonnie and Don Fowke;

3.3 There is no clearly defined process for releasing members, although attendance at at least one meeting each year is essential to keep current with activities, strategies and capacities;

3.4 Should members not attend a meeting for two calendar years, their membership in the Network will lapse; and
