Jane Helleur & Associates are in the business of helping organizations and individuals become more effective. Based in St. John’s Newfoundland, with clients throughout Canada and the United States, Jane and her team are known for their uncompromising level of service, passion and integrity. As President and Principal Consultant of Jane Helleur & Associates, Jane designs and implements strategies to achieve measurable improvements in organizational processes and outcomes. Using advanced facilitation skills, she also works with work groups to help them develop mutual goals, measures, and monitoring systems. Her expertise lies in designing consultation and change processes, strategic and operational planning, and leadership feedback and coaching with consulting assignments in the health services, oil and gas, and financial services, and government.

Jane thrives on “turn-around” strategies that require a redefined vision, mission, and strategy and the active support and involvement of all stakeholders. Known as an innovative, energetic, and articulate individual, Jane was the driving force and creator of a board development series entitled, “The Better Director: Successful Boardroom Navigation™”.

Jane has completed both undergraduate and graduate studies at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She has also completed a MBA Degree at Queen’s University.
