Julian
Fairfield is an international management
consultant who uses Global Organization Design
principles to improve the profitability,
effectiveness and sustainability of companies
and institutions. He was a consultant
with Mckinsey and Company in the United States,
Europe and the far East and with the Boston
Consulting Group in Australia. He has
perfected the use of requisite organization
principles to bring about a levels shift
in companies to dramatically improve their
competitive position and performance. He
has applied these principles to mining, banking,
construction, brewing and other industries. He
has also applied these concepts in public
policy in third world countries and in organization
design of the Australian government. He
has published Levels of Excellence, a readable
novel demonstrating the concepts and is currently
completing a book on levels theory as a reflection
of the holonic structure of reality and consciousness. Julian
is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Australia and a Member of
