Maurice Dutrisac is the founder, CEO and President of Mastermind Solutions Inc. a six person general consulting firm providing a wide range of services for operational reviews and turnarounds as well as functional expertise in finance, marketing, sales, e-commerce, web design, information technology, IPOs, health safety, worker's compensation and human resources administration. Maurice's area of expertise focuses on organizational design and rightsizing, process re-engineering, knowledge management and strategic human resources and labour relations management. He has over 20 years of senior level human resources, operational and administration experience with large, complex manufacturing, service and resource based corporations in Canada and the United States. Prior to becoming a consultant, Maurice was a Vice President, with Inglis Limited, Southam Newspaper Group, Fisher Products Group (a group of 6 diverse companies) based in Pittsburgh and Domtar Inc. in Montreal. He is also experienced in the public sector having served for 3 years on the Board of Director of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Maurice holds an MBA from McMaster University and is also fluent in
French. He is President of the McMaster University Business School Alumni
Association and he is on the Advisory Board of the Business Woman Canada
Magazine. He is also the Facilitator for the Executive HR Forum of the
Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters- the Forum's mandate is "for Canada
to have the best human capital in the world."
