Jim Cranston
Jim Cranston has over 24 years of Management Consulting experience. He is a Partner with Pegasus Consulting and a member of the New Management Network. Prior to forming Pegasus he spent over 12 years with two of Canada's leading Management Consulting firms. He is a Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.) and a Professional Engineer. For clients in both the private and public sector, he has conducted a wide variety of assignments including: organizational planning and effectiveness; strategic and business planning; systems planning and feasibility; compensation and HR processes. B.Sc. - Mechanical Engineering - Queen's University, MBA - Finance and Organization - Queen's University.
