Lisa Clark, CFE is the President of Blueprints Consulting, a consulting firm offering group facilitation, strategic planning, and change management services to small and medium sized food service and hospitality businesses, associations, and not-for profit organizations. She has a variety of consulting experiences, and has assisted many clients in both the private and public sector.

Lisa has experience in various sectors of the food industry, including operations, distribution, and manufacturing. Prior to forming Blueprints Consulting in late 2001, Lisa was a consultant for an international consulting firm. In addition, she has acted in a sales capacity for a both a major food manufacturer and a full-line food service distribution company, has been a manager in a retirement home and an instructor in a continuing education program at George Brown College.

Lisa is a member of both the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Association of Independent Consultants. She recently completed a certification program in Strategic Planning from the Centre for Strategic Management. Lisa is a regular contributor to a leadership and strategy website, www.myleadership.com. For more than a decade, she has been an active member of the Canadian Food Services Executives Association, and recently completed her second term as Toronto Branch President. She received the designation of Credentialed Food Executive from the association last year. In addition, Lisa has held a number of board positions with the Toronto region of the Ontario Dietetic Association, has participated in committees of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, and is a past member of Dietitians of Canada.
